Új tagjaink, a bárányok / Our New Members, The Sheep

Bemutatjuk a Zsámboki Biokert legújabb tagjait három bárány képében. A farm állatainak bevezetésében ez egy apró, de nagyon szignifikáns lépés. Már egy ideje gondolkoztunk bárányok befogadásán, amikor jött ez az ajánlat szomszédunktól, ez a gondolat hirtelen realitássá vált. Tervezzük, hogy egy kisebb csordát építünk fel, de már most a három fiatal bárány is egy gyönyörű látvány a gyümölcsösben. Nem mellesleg csendes fűnyíróként is működnek, ami szintén egy áldás a géphangok helyett!

The most important development recently on our farm is the introduction of sheep.  We have taken a small, but significant step to take on livestock in the form of 3 young lambs, which we bought from a neighbour.  We have been thinking for a while about introducing sheep to our farm.  Suddenly, with the offer of the neighbours 3 sheep this plan became a reality.  We plan to build up a small herd with time, but for now having a few young sheep grazing around our fruit trees are a happy sight.
