Kati has been working magic in the processing kitchen to get our first batches of saukeraut ready, while Csaba and Logan have started to work on a new system for the internal covers we use for winter cropping in our polytunnels. Emese as always is continuously preparing wonderful transplants (at this time of year mostly lettuce, pak choi, kinai kel) to plant out in the tunnels. We have been blessed with very favourable weather this autumn - my English soul also enjoys the generous waterings from the heavens.
