Nothing is as certain as uncertainty in farming. On this occasion the weather conditions came right, the work crew are full of get-up-and-go and the soil conditions are also excellent. As a result we have a great selection of late autumn vegetables. We'll be starting our next batch of kimchi soon as our chinese cabbage is heading up. This will be in the form of a workshop so you can also participate in it. Keep in tune with the newsletter as spaces will be limited.
