This time of year we even look forward to mucking out the animal stables. To keep moving is the secret to keeping warm, though for myself, I have to admit I often retreat into a warm room to work on planning the season, seed orders and other administration. It is a time to think and plan, to prepare inwardly and outwardly for the months when it is easier to do than think.
