Just in time for the San Marzano season - a group at the Cargonomia team have built a vegetable and fruit solar dryer. Lucie and Dorota (French and Checzh students) have created a wonderful passive solar drier prepared from 2nd hand timer. Their carpentry work is very precise hence fully functional as well as looking great. Cargonomia have been renovating their adobe house in Zsambok together with cultivating a small garden of Eden. The low-tech passive solar drier is an excellent addition to the house and garden and a great learning experience for both the students and also for us at the Farm. Thank you for your enthusiasm!
