This is the time in the garden when everything starts to take off.
Most of the outdoor crops are sown and planted, but the challenge is now to keep on top of the weeds and maintainance work, whilst at the same time switching the polytunnels from their spring crops to their summer crops. Right now the tunnels are looking good, and everyone in our garden team is working at full tempo to keep on top of the work.
Although it is a lot of work, it is also a lot of fun!
