September is the second spring I love so much. After our end of summer/autumn sowings and plantings, the garden once again looks fresh and full of new life. This last week we basically made the last outdoor sowings, and our attention now turns to the indoor tunnels. It is with some sense of loss that we need to say goodbye to our summer crops (peppers, aubergines, tomatoes) in order to give space to our autumn and overwintering crops. This is plenty of work for the whole team - Csaba, Emese, Kati and Logan are all putting their backs into this season transition - Matthew and Zoli meanwhile are focused more on finishing off the irrigation pond system, which we started in the spring, but there wasn't time to work on over the summer.
