Most of the tomatoes and all of the paprika, aubergines and sweet potatoes are now planted out in the polytunnels - but we still have a huge amount of work ahead of us. Luckily, this coming week we have a class of 30 Waldorf Students coming to the garden (from the Regionális Waldorf Gimnázium) - who we hope will be full of energy and drive, as after all this rain, there is plenty of weeding and other work to be done in the garden. We enjoy having the classes of waldorf students - not just for the help in the garden, but more important the opportunity to connect food production with farming systems with the social and environment impacts of the way we eat.
