Egy nemzetközi csapat látogatott meg minket ma a gazdaságban. A csoport tanuló kutatókból áll, akik a potenciális helyi élelmiszer-hálózatok pozitív hatását a környezetre és a klímára vizsgálják meg. Logan szervezte meg a csoportot, a teljes gazdaságot bemutattuk, és sok jó kérdést kaptunk. A csoport keményen megdolgozott az ebédért (melyet Kata és Kati készítettek el) a Hokkaido tök betakarításával. Today we had an international group visit the farm for the day. They are all research students involved in projects connected with the environment and the potential of local food systems to have a positive impact on climate emissions. Logan organised the group and we had a full tour around the farm, with lots of good questions. The group earned their lunch (which was deliciously prepared by Kati and Kata) through helping to harvest the Hokkaido squash. We have a good harvest - there is still perhaps 30% of the crop in the field, but good to have the bigger part of the harvest safely under cover.
