Ebben az időszakban rengeteg a munka, melyeket egyszerre kell intéznünk. Még mindig van egy kis vetés, átültetés a szabadban, de a nagyja már megvan. Időközben a fóliasátrakban is ki kell ültetnünk a paradicsom-, paprika- padlizsán-, uborka-, cukkini palántákat. Logan és Csaba ezzel dolgoztak egész héten. Kati és csoportja pedig a rengeteg salátalevél, fűszerek szedésével, zacskózásával voltak elfoglalva. Közben készítjük elő az ágyásokat a kiültetésekre, állandóan locsolni kell, mivel minden nagyon száraz, a krumplibogarakat szedjük össze a burgonyaültetvényekről - (most sajnos nem tudunk nyílt önkéntes napot tartani, hogy segítsetek!), és még sok más feladat is van. A kihívás az, hogy mindezeket észben tartsuk, a sürgősebb feladatokat végezzük el először, de ne hanyagoljuk el a fontosakat sem.
As normal for this time of year, there are a whole load of jobs going on in the farm which all need to be done simultaneously. We still have some sowing and planting out to do in the outdoor garden, though we are mainly on top of this. Meanwhile, we need to plant all of the tomatoes, peppers, aubergines, cucumber sweet potatoes and beans in the tunnels. Logan and Csaba have been working hard this week to get the tunnels planted up. Kati and her harvesting team have been working flat out to harvest large volumes of leaves. While bed preparation, ridging up the potatoes, irrigation and all number of other tasks go on. The challenge is to keep an overview so that the more urgent tasks get done first, without neglecting the important ones.
