Komolyan elindultak a munkálatok a kertben. A palántázó lassan tele lesz mindenféle csírával, palántákkal rukkolától kezdve az okráig, brokkolitól a paprikáig, édesköménytől a padlizsánig, salátától a paradicsomokig. Szabadföldön is rengeteg ágyás készítettünk elő, már el is kezdtük a vetéseket, ültetéseket is (borsó, újhagyma, répa, salimixek és hagymafélék). A szomszádos telken pedig lucernát vetettünk zöldtrágyaként, hogy ne maradjon csupaszon. Az éjszakák ugyan hűvösek, de az egésznapos napsütés bőven kompenzál minket. Megvolt az idei év első 500-as biodinamikus preparátum permetezése is.
Things are really getting started in the garden now. The propagation tunnel is filling up nicely with all kinds of seedlings and transplants, from rocket to okra, from brokkoli to paprika, from Florence fennel to aubergines, from lettuce to tomatoes. Outside we have prepared a lot of beds ready for sowing and planting, and the first outdoor crops have been sown, including peas, green onions, carrots, baby leaf salad mix. We have also sown alfalfa seeds as green manure on the neighbouring land so it doesn't stay bare and exposed to the elements during the season. The nights are cold, but this is compensated for by beautiful clear, blue skies and lots and lots of light.We also had our first stirring and spraying of 500 - one of the biodynamic preparations.
