We take the time between Christmas and New Year to have some quiet days on the farm. We will be harvesting a few things for boxes in the coming days, and Kata and her team will be preparing orders, but the pace of work is less intense. We talk a bit to the animals as we give them feed and water, and enjoy the slower days. We still plan to plant a few more trees in our new line of trees, but we hope what is already in the ground will do well in the spring.
