This week there has been a transition in the Nagyfólia in our garden. All the tomatoes have come out and new sowings of salad mix, coriander and some heads of lettuce go in. This year we were caught out by an infestation of Cotton Boll worm. This innocuous looking caterpillar can do enormous damage to a tomato crop if not spotted on time. Unfortunately, we were late to respond and ended up large quantities of tomatoes at the end of the season and poor quality of the remaining crop. We have to do better next season!
