Indian Summer

It so often happens the weather cools down at the end of August and for a week or two there is a feeling that summer is over, winter can't be far away. And now we have the hot days of an Indian summer. The hot days combined with cool nights make good growing conditions for our autumn crops (rocket, spinach, baby leaf, coriander)

The team is working hard to get our last sowings in the ground outside and transitioning the polytunnels from summer to early winter crops.
